Each member is expected to intercede for CBD and it's member companies on a daily basis

• Pray for God's blessing and anointing on each others businesses
• Pray for financial prosperity and call in business for each business that day
• Pray for wisdom for each business owner and employees
• Pray for the CBD concept

Each member should have basic understanding of each CBD member's principle business, service or products. This will enable them to market each other's business by word of mouth.

100 CBD members = 100 marketing/sales personnel in the field.

Support each other's business. "Charity starts at home"

To assist a business in forming a team. Should a member experience financial difficulties then such a member should be able to request CBD assistance in:

• Financial planning, budgeting, cash flow forecast
• Marketing
• Human Resource matter
• Personal training programs
• Asset and loss control management

These services could have a cost implication for the member depending on the scope of the assistance. The member being assisted must keep the importance of total openness and integrity in mind and the matter will be treated as confidential.

• CBD Management will identify businesses whom they will support financially.
• These funds are generated from other member's donations as well as from a fixed monthly membership fee.
